Blackmark Advisory Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Blackmark Advisory Website Launch Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by:

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Utah who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
The Sponsor, its employees and contractors, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins October 8, 2026, at the time the entry form officially opens and ends October 21, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time.
Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
During the Giveaway Period:
Visit blackmarkadvisory.com/giveaway.
Complete the official entry form with your name, email address, and required eligibility confirmation.
Submit the form before the Giveaway closes.
Limit one entry per person throughout the Giveaway Period. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
No purchase, consultation booking, social media follow, like, comment, or share is necessary to enter or win.
Optional marketing email consent does not affect eligibility or chances of winning.
5. Prize
One winner will receive a $150 gift card to a restaurant of their choice located in Utah.
The selected restaurant must offer gift cards available for purchase. The Sponsor will coordinate with the winner to obtain the gift card.
Approximate retail value: $150.
The prize is not redeemable for cash through the Sponsor. Restaurant gift card terms and conditions may apply. If the selected restaurant cannot provide a gift card, the winner may choose another eligible Utah restaurant.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing is scheduled for October 22, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the entry form.
The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the notification email and confirm eligibility.
If the potential winner does not respond within the required period, cannot be contacted, or is determined to be ineligible, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.
The prize will be provided after eligibility and restaurant selection are confirmed.
The prize will be delivered electronically or by mail, as appropriate, within 30 days after the winner's eligibility and restaurant selection have been confirmed, subject to circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control. No payment or purchase is required to claim the prize.
8. Privacy and Communications
Information submitted through the entry form will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and deliver the prize.
Entry information will not automatically be used to subscribe participants to marketing communications.
Entrants who separately opt in may receive occasional business-related emails from Blackmark Advisory and may unsubscribe from those communications.
Information will be handled in accordance with Blackmark Advisory's Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the Sponsor's decisions concerning the administration of the Giveaway, subject to applicable law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent or duplicate entries and disqualify entries that violate these Official Rules.
If circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control materially interfere with the Giveaway, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel it to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any changes will be communicated on the Giveaway website.
The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
10. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or their parent companies.
By participating, entrants release these platforms from claims arising from the Giveaway to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Information provided through the entry form is submitted to Blackmark Advisory, not to these social media platforms.
